Privacy Policy
The short version
KINH Metronome does not collect any data about you. There is no account, no sign-in, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking of any kind. The app never sends information anywhere, because it has nothing to send.
Information we collect
None. Specifically, the app does not collect, store, transmit or share:
- Personal information such as your name, email address or phone number
- Location data
- Contacts, photos, files or microphone input
- Device identifiers, advertising IDs or IP addresses
- Usage or analytics data, crash reports, or diagnostics
Information stored on your device
None. The app does not write settings, cookies or files to your device. Your tempo, beat and theme choices live only in memory while the app is open and are not retained after you close it.
Third-party services
The app contains no third-party SDKs, advertising networks, analytics providers or social media integrations.
The app is distributed through Google Play. Google collects its own data in connection with distribution, installation and updates — independently of us and under Google's Privacy Policy. We receive only aggregate, anonymous statistics from the Play Console, such as total install counts. We cannot identify individual users from these.
Permissions
The app requests a single Android permission,
INTERNET. This is required by the Android system
component the app is built on in order to load its own files, which
are bundled inside the app itself. It is
not used to transmit any information, and the app
functions fully with no network connection.
Children's privacy
The app is suitable for all ages and collects no data from anyone, including children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children because we do not collect personal information at all.
Your rights
Data protection laws — including Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), and the GDPR where applicable — give you rights to access, correct or delete your personal data. Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. You may still contact us with any question.
Changes to this policy
If a future version of the app changes what it collects, we will update this policy and the effective date above, and update the Data Safety information shown on the app's Google Play listing before the change reaches users.
